I was in “A” Co. when the chinook crashed. I was one of the guys pulled off to send a advanced party of cooks back to the rear. I have suppressed a lot of memories for so long and now I would like to talk with anyone who might remember me. I remember that after the chopper took off the weather turned bad and that the rains started, the visibility stayed bad for about three days. I was later transferred to “E” Co.2/327 and we later were attached as a unit in the 1st Cav. before rotating back to the states. I have some photos taken but I don’t remember who the guys that are in them. I never wrote names on the back except a few.
