“So many times we forget those that have had the honor and courage to stand up and fight for our country and beliefs. It is those men that allow the rest of us to walk around free! No one should forget that and I make every effort to remind people of that very fact. For myself, I still feel that the Vietnam War robbed me of a wonderful father who didn’t belong there – he belonged home with his 8 kids and wife. Dad was part of the 101st screaming eagles and was a career soldier. My heartfelt thanks to ALL that represented our country and protected our soil.”….Beatrice Holmes–daughter of Sgt Cox.
