B Company 1968 – 1969
I served with the 2/327 “B” Company from late June 1968 to June 14. 1969 where I was wounded during the attack on FSB Burchtesgaden. My wounds were extremely life threatening, but by God’s grace, and Lt. Fulcher’s help, I survived my wounds and was medically retired from the Army in October 1969 after spending 4 1/2 months in the hospital. I retired from GM in 2004 after 34 years of service. Today I am enjoying our family time and our four granddaughters.
Over the past year and a half I have been able to reconnect with 25 of the B co. troopers and am looking forward to reuniting with others in the future. If anyone has information about any B co. “No Slack” brothers, please contact me at [email protected] or 931 486-1788 so we can try and contact them. Some of the brothers that have not been located yet are: Richard C. Cheney, Howard E. Sargent, Leon Marshall, Carlton Brown just to name a few.
